At NADINE MERABI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, garment bags, and security ribbons remain intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our atelier receives your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
